- Google profile information — When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Spreadsheet data — Files you upload (.xlsx, CSV) or connect via Google Sheets, including all cell values, formulas, formatting, and chart definitions.
- Usage data— Basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service.
3. How We Process Your Data
Uploaded spreadsheet data is sent to our AI service, which uses Google Geminito parse, analyze, and transform your spreadsheets into web applications. This processing is essential to delivering the core functionality of Unsheet. Your data is transmitted securely and is used only for generating your application — it is not used to train AI models.
4. Data Storage
Your account information and application data are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, a managed NoSQL database hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties, solely to operate the Service:
- Google Cloud Platform — Infrastructure, authentication (Firebase Auth), and database (Firestore).
- Google Gemini AI — Spreadsheet parsing and intelligent transformation of your data into web applications.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
6. Cookies
We use cookies strictly for authentication purposes through Firebase Auth. These cookies maintain your signed-in session and are essential for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded spreadsheets within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes.
