Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unsheet (“the Service”), operated by Unsheet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at unsheet.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unsheet converts spreadsheets (.xlsx, CSV, Google Sheets) into modern web applications with live formula recalculation, charts, and sharing capabilities. We use artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini, to parse and transform your data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems and networks.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Data Handling

Spreadsheet data you upload is processed by our AI service to generate web applications. Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and may be transmitted to Google Gemini for AI-powered parsing and transformation. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion is finalized.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unsheet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (c) any other matter relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
